3.0053. So called "Interpersonal" relations, in essence, do not reflect your relationships with other people, but a relationship with yourselves. The main and the only thing that makes sense to you in each of your external manifestations is who you are "personally" and how you are expressing yourself in every defining moment with respect to each of these "interpersonal" interactions. You cannot find yourself by prejudiced estimates of people’s actions, but by your own responses to each influence of the "other you".

The problem of such a vicious circle of "interpersonal" relations is that you are not yet able to perceive others sincere help, as a real opportunity to recognize in yourself this one and indivisible, harmonious flow of self-consciousness forming you. Thus, you are always in a state of forced formal fragmentation with your "other parts". This is the only reason that you constantly struggle, suffer, condemn, hate, kill, and crucify others. However, in fact you do all this only to yourselves, always and everywhere.

30054. Yet you are very much and forcedly tied to your personalities. This is a very serious obstacle for each of you to feel a complete misidentification with your usual subjective external signs of "yourself” in order to realize that this ego-sympathetic bond is so shaky, unstable, and temporary. In addition, this bond does not allow you to admit even mentally the possibility that someone else may be simultaneously "you" and especially if you do not like him or her, for some reason. Largely you cultivate such an “all-divided” perception of reality due to fixing your mind on all sorts of selfish tendencies. Your irrepressible desires to receive all kinds of low-quality pleasures have developed these egoistic trends. If you want sex, you want it “for yourself, lustful”. If you are filled with joy, you are happy “for yourself, favorite". If you are proud of something than you must definitely be in this experience. “You are so good, kind, brilliant, luckily, unusual and so on”.

3.0055 Your habitual "ego-perception" is so deceiving that it does not give you an opportunity to enjoy openly things that you personally have nothing to do with. Then it is also not easy for you to receive a sincere pleasure of knowing that someone else, who is not familiar to you, can be very good, glad, and happy. Your penetrating "personal" ego constantly compares someone's positive status with your own state. Moreover, if your ego is unable to find an identical internal echo, then it immediately activates in your Self - Consciousness such low-quality feelings as envy, condemnation and irritation.  As the positive state is simply unavailable to you at those moments by some reason, your ego has a desire to lower and belittle the positive state in another person.

3.0056 The selfish bonds to your “personality” weaken only when the focus of your Consciousness’ attention begins to stabilize in the levels of Altruism and Intellect. Self-fixation on such trends of your life’s creativity decreases the “egoistic conflicts” of all your mental and sensible processes. It allows you to perceive the surrounding world without distorting refraction of "personal" vanity and morbid ambitions. As activating the "interpersonal" relationships in the levels of Altruism and Intellect becomes less fixed, you focus on form’s different features. It allows you to refer to any form (including other people) without false prejudice and far-fetched critical attitude. Finally, you have fundamental understanding of the true causes of many of their inadequate behavioral reactions.

3.0057 In the typical view of Altruism and Intellect Consciousness’ levels, your physical body loses those exceptional values that you give it now. In addition, you cease to identify your own choices with your "purely physical" existence. It becomes more important for you to obtain awareness of the true meaning of maintaining a high quality of your "internal" states as the most reliable and effective method of your refocusing into a more universal form creating better life circumstances. Only here then can you free yourself from the instigating activities of the two lower Centers (negative, egoistic levels of Self-Consciousness that are responsible for animal’s instincts and survival). After that you become able to perceive identically to any other forms of Consciousness (humans, animals, plants, minerals, natural phenomenon), by projecting on them your own positive experiences and starting to treat all your surroundings as a natural part of you.

3.0058 Only after that, you then start to have a deeper understanding that any negative reactions of other people in relation to you is just a result of what you do not want to manifest already in this realization Form in such a primitive way. Moreover, this creates a tensor (exertion, tension) in someone's relationship to you. At the same time, you realize that the total harmony of your life’s stream requires qualitative dual relationships for your “physical” existence. This provides a continuous process of balance in your Focus Dynamics with a whole set of karmic relationships, including the most primitive to which you already have no interest. Your other Particularistic Formo-Types (other people you deal with) take over the task of implementation of these, low quality experiences which you do not really need. They now fulfil as carefully the duties expected of them towards you (and others!), as you do your own positive and altruistic tendencies towards them (and others!).

3.0059 If you try constantly to see in other people’s negative reactions the unrealized manifestations of shoddy motives that are peculiar to yourself, you can continuously improve your Focus Dynamics and become stable in the levels of Intellect and Altruism of self- Consciousness. You inevitably approach the harmonious state where your "personal" Perception inseparably merges with all the manifestations of the world around you, no matter how "unseemly", "unpleasant" or "obscene" these manifestations may seem to you at the time. When you are extremely divided in your Self-Consciousness with the rest of the world you can interpret each of your mental and sense relations only in terms of "mine" and "not mine", "private" and "everything else", "favorable to me" and "favorable to others". So all your relationships with the "others" become so entangled that you just fail to make the right choices in different life circumstances.

3.0060 Do not forget that every choice you make creates and strengthens your mental and sensual self-perception of the image of who you are now of your “physical” existence in the general flow of life. By not being able to accept all “other" quality streams of your own life as "yourself", you are at best not able to concentrate on the fact that you really want, at every present moment of existence,  is just to concentrate on things that other people want. However, you always analyze the possibility of extracting from the situation your own (selfish) benefits.

3.0061 The less you are able to see in something (someone) something unpleasant or hostile towards you, the faster and deeper your perception will be organized in the direction of the positive acceptance of any problems as an opportunity for your evolutional growth. It increases the activity of more qualitative levels of your Self-Consciousness. In the state of understanding of your karmic inseparability and creative solidarity with each "individually" as well as with "all of the rest" any of your choices in relationships with people and the world around you will be to determine WHAT YOU need in order to become who you really want to be as quickly as possible. This is because every step in the direction of your own spiritual development is simply ALWAYS useful for the rest of the stream of life, in spite of how critical or negative it may be perceived by your other Formo-Types (other people).

For many of you, the quickest and most effective way of improving the quality of  Creative Activity of your Self-Consciousness is the way of deep self-Knowledge, self-cognition and understanding yourself through those of your imperfect forms, which you are already "not to be" in your own perception. This is achieved only by a solid conviction of "who you are".
